Realme 10 Pro & Pro+ with 108MP cameras & curved AMOLED screen are launched

We now have Realme 10 Pro as well as Pro+, which have quicker chipsets, improved camera, and an improved display, just one week after the release of the Realme 10 base model. At the moment, these phones are exclusively offered in China, but they should become available everywhere in the coming months.

Display Configuration

Realme 10 Pro & Pro+

The screen on the Realme 10 Pro is 6.7 inches, making it slightly larger than the standard phone, but it's still IPS LCD with 1080p resolution. For smoother animations, the refreshing rate has been enhanced to 120Hz, and the brightness is increased to 680 nits. A selfie camera with a punch-hole has taken the place of the waterdrop notch.

The Realme 10 Pro+ is first device in Realme's numbered series to include a curved display and the first device in the series to sport an AMOLED display. This 6.7-inch panel has a 1080p resolution, a refresh rate of 120Hz, HDR10+, and support for 1 billion colours. Additionally, it is 800 nits brighter than its brothers and fully covers the DCI P3 colour space.

Storage and Processor

The Realme 10 Pro+ shares a Dimensity 1080 SoC with its Redmi competitor, however the 10 Pro continues to use a Snapdragon 695 processor. Both phones come in 128 GB and 256 GB storage and 8 to 12 GB RAM configurations. Only the Pro+ model is memory card slotless.

 

The Pro phones, as opposed to the standard model, will ship running Realme UI 4.0 upon top of Android 13 right out of the box.

Camera Department

The Realme 10 Pro increases the main camera's resolution to 108MP (from 50MP), however it still does not have an ultrawide lens. Its secondary camera is a single 2MP depth sensor. Fortunately, the Realme 10 Pro+ includes a 108MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth camera, and an 8MP ultrawide device. It is the only smartphone in the line with a 4K video recorder.

 

The 16MP selfie camera on both Pro phones is the same (up from 8MP).

Battery and Fast Charging

Both the Realme 10 Pro as well as Pro+ have 5,000 mAh batteries, but only the Pro+ supports 67W fast charging, while the Pro has a 33W maximum. Both of them lack wireless or reverse charging capabilities.

 

Realme 10 Pro And Pro + Pricing 

In China, the Realme 10 Pro starts at around $225, whereas the Realme 10 Pro+ would cost $240. Prices will probably be greater abroad.
