Requirements for candidates selected into the 1st merit list
Individuals who have already paid their dues and turned in
their paperwork do not need to worry about points 1 and 2.
(1) The dues and document submission deadline is 1:00 pm on
Thursday, November 24, 2022.
(2) Before the deadline, you must turn in the required fees
and paperwork (see page 28 of the undergraduate prospectus) to the student
section on the Lahore campus. If you don't pay the fees and turn in the
required paperwork by the deadline, your name won't appear on the subsequent
merit lists, and the following candidate will be given the seat you would have
held.
(3) You CAN NOT put a freeze on
your acceptance to a program that is lower on your list of preferences. If
you have supplied the required fees and documentation, you will be
automatically considered for promotion in subsequent merit lists.
(4) No requests for preference
list changes will be considered.
(5) If an applicant's data is
discovered to be inaccurate, the candidate's data will be updated at the
window, but the admitting offer will be revoked and the candidate will be
reevaluated following the fourth merit list.
(6) Download all necessary required forms online.
Steps for submitting documents in UET Lahore
Step 1: Go to Windows 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 in the Students Section of the Administrative Block on the UET Main Campus
in Lahore with your original paperwork.
Step 2: Following verification of
the accuracy of the data entry, the candidate will be given a challan as well
as a document folder from the same window.
Step 3: The third step is for the
candidate to deposit the challan at any HBL branch.
Step 4: Before the deadline specified in the merit list, a complete folder with a paid challan must be submitted for admissions confirmation on the same windows.

Please Arrange Documents in this Sequence
1.
First Set:
- Originally paid bank challan slip (Candidate must keep enough photocopies of this Bank Challan Slip for future)
- Six passport-size photographs (without attestation- please attach one photo to the folder and the rest of them with Bio-Data form)
- Bio-Data Form-II (available in prospectus)
- Medical certificate Form III (available in prospectus)
- Father's / Guardian's Income certificate or Salary slip in case of a government employee.
- Undertaking attested by Class-I Magistrate or DCO on a Rs 100/- judicial paper (Sample available in the prospectus)
2.
Second Set:
- Original MATRIC/O' Level with results and equivalence Certificate
- Original F.Sc. (Part-I)/DAE (2nd year) /A'LEVEL with all results and equivalence certificate
- Original domicile certificate
3.
Third Set:
- Six photocopies of MATRIC/O Level with results and equivalence certificate
- Six photocopies of F.Sc. (Part-I)/DAE (2nd year) /A'LEVEL with all results and equivalence certificate
- Six photocopies of domicile
- Six photocopies CNIC/B-Form
- Six photocopies of passport & visa (for foreign students only)
Please
keep (as much as you can) extra photocopies of the Second set and Bank Challan
because the original documents will be returned after verification.
