The iQOO Neo 7, Vivo's most recent flagship model, is
unquestionably one of the most reasonably priced high-end smartphones of 2022.
It has impressive specifications, including MediaTek's Dimenisty 9000+ and
others. It is unfortunate that the iQOO series is only offered in a few places
worldwide.
Display Configuration
The design of the iQOO Neo 7 is quite intriguing. Its primary camera island is a sizable square shape, but inside is a circular module with two lenses placed next to one another. The "periscope" lens resting on the separate section should not be taken advantage of. The only thing it is is a macro camera disguised as a zoom lens.
The 6.78-inch AMOLED display, which has a 1080p resolution, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 360 Hz, is curved, just like the rear panel. The display's maximum brightness is 1500 nits, and HDR10+ content is supported.
Storage and Processor
The premium Dimensity 9000+ SoC from MediaTek, which is a little overclocked variant of the flagship-grade D9000, is responsible for the excellent internal hardware. The greatest amount of RAM that may be used is 12 GB, and storage space can be up to 512 GB. There's no memory card port for expansion, but with up to 512GB onboard, you probably won't need one.
With the exception of the Pixel 7, it is among the few
smartphones that come pre-installed with Android 13, Google's most recent
operating system. Under Vivo's own OriginOS Ocean, this is present.
Camera Department
The primary camera combination consists of an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX766V sensor with OIS. Both 1080p and 4K videos can be captured at 60 frames per second. There is also a list of AI features. The 16MP selfie camera that is housed within the punch-hole cutout can only produce 1080p movies.
Battery and Fast Charging
Fast charging is a feature that Vivo rarely withholds from its phones, especially from its premium models. Apparently, the iQOO Neo 7 has a 5,000 mAh battery and 120W super rapid charging. In just 9 minutes, the battery can reach 50% of its capacity.
Pricing
In China, the Vivo iQOO Neo 7 would start at $373 and come in
Orange, Blue, and Black color variants. Outside of its own country, it is
anticipated to cost more.
