UET Lahore online admission form filling and submission process
1. Accuracy of the data on the application form
You are responsible for entering accurate information while
completing the online application. If admission is offered but intentionally
withheld or misrepresented, it may be revoked, and the candidate would be added
to the HEC blacklist through a public announcement and barred from applying to any
HEC university.
2. Information provided by applicants for programmes without the ECAT
Candidates should choose the No-ECAT option on the admissions
portal at https://admission.uet.edu.pk if they do not want to be considered for
admission to the BBA, BBIT, B.S. Mathematics, B.S. Physics, B.S. Chemistry, and
B.Sc. Environmental Sciences programmes without having taken the Combined Entry
Test. They will then be asked to submit their personal information. Following
the submission of their personal information, they will be asked to upload a
photo (Picture format JPG, PNG, Max File up to 1.0 MB). After uploading their
photo, they will press the submit button. After their entry is accepted, they
will get an email at their email address with their Roll number.
2.1 Getting the Admission Code Online
- You can use the admission portal at https://admission.uet.edu.pk to obtain the Admission Code online
- On the admissions portal, click the "Generate UG Admission Challan" button.
- Your name, the name of your father, and your CNIC number will need to be entered.
- The creation of a challan number will be done. You can use this number to pay the application fee online using one of the following methods:
2.1.1. Payment
using the Konnect/HBL APP.
- After logging in, select the "LIFESTYLE" button on the Konnect mobile app.
- Choose "EDUCATION" from the menu.
- Click or tap "SCHOOL FEE."
- You'll see a list of institutions. Enter the Challan Number and choose UET Lahore.
- Make the payment after having your name confirmed.
This paid Challan Number may now be used as your Admission Code.
2.1.2. Using HBL
Online Banking to make a payment (For HBL Account Holders only)
- If you have access to an HBL account, sign in to the HBL online banking programme on your computer or mobile device.
- Click the "MORE" button.
- From the Bill Payment category, choose "EDUCATION".
- You'll see a list of institutions. Enter the Challan Number and choose UET Lahore.
- Make the payment after having your name confirmed.
This paid Challan Number may now be used as your Admission Code.
3. Guidelines for completely filling out the online application form
- By login into https://admission.uet.edu.pk, you can fill out the admission application.
- The information listed below must be entered: Date of birth, CNIC number, entry test roll number, and verification code
- Your personal information that you supplied when submitting the Entry Test Form will appear on the following screen.
- If you are applying based on the Intermediate examination then
i. Enter the name of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) and your registration number in the Intermediate examination.
ii. Enter your Intermediate earned and overall marks.
- If you are applying based on the DAE exam, you must:
i. Enter the name of the Board of Technical Education and your registration number in the DAE exam.
ii. Type the title of your diploma here.
iii. Enter your overall and achieved grades in DAE.
- If you are applying based on a "A" level or another comparable international exam, you must:
i. Enter your candidate number in the "A" level exam.
ii. Type in the IBCC equivalency certificate number and the date it was issued (if available).
iii. Report your achieved and overall grades in accordance with the information on the IBCC equivalent certificate.
iv. You can enter your marks using IBCC formulas on the IBCC website if you do not have an IBCC equivalency certificate. Please take notice that admitted candidates will need to present the authentic IBCC equivalency certificate.
- If you are applying based on a B.Sc. in Engineering Technology or a comparable qualification then
i. Enter the name of your degree, the name of the university, and the university registration number.
ii. Type in your achieved and overall CGPA. You may input the achieved and overall marks if you received percentage points.
- The following question is whether you are claiming to be a sportsperson or a hafiz-e-qura'an. You will be able to print separate admit cards for the Hafiz-e-Qura'an and sports person tests if you claim to be one or both. You must appear for the aforementioned exams on the days and at the locations indicated on your admit cards.
- After that, select the categories, campuses, and programmes that suit your choices.
- When expressing preferences, extreme caution must be taken. When completing the preferences, the following considerations must be made:
• Once selected and submitted, preferences for fields, campuses, and categories cannot be modified. The application will be cancelled if it falls under an ineligible category.
• A applicant who has been admitted to the discipline of lower preference cannot request to be frozen. In following merit lists, the candidate will still be given consideration for promotion to his or her higher priority.
• Candidates should be aware that no applications for changing to a lower merit preference would be considered following the display of the merit list. Applications for moving into lower merit preference would only be accepted online from admitted candidates after the final merit list.
- On the declaration form regarding the finality of prophethood, Muslim candidates will be required to check a box.
- You will scan and upload the following files: a copy of the pertinent result that you are applying on, such as your Intermediate final result card, DAE final result card, "A" level/IBCC equivalent result, B.Tech. transcript, or an equivalent a. a domicile certificate.
- As soon as your application is finished, you must submit it. Once you submit your application, it has been completed and is now stored in the university's database. Print a copy for your records if you'd like.
