Recently, Oppo's Find series'
newest flagship phones were unveiled. The most recent technology is used in the
Find N2 and N2 Flip, which are currently exclusively accessible in China. N2
flip is anticipated to go live globally very soon, however, the Find N2
international release date has yet to be confirmed.
Display Configuration
The Oppo Find N2 features a
superior hinge design and is slimmer than its predecessor. It uses contemporary
materials such as superalloy and carbon fiber.
The 5.54-inch cover display on
the Oppo Find N2 also boasts a 120 HZ refresh rate. The display has a maximum brightness of 1,350 nits and a Gorilla Glass Victus on top. The phone's
internal display is 7.1 inches in size.
In terms of the Find N2 Flip, it
sports a 6.8-inch inbuilt AMOLED display that operates at 120 Hz. With a high
rate of the refresh of 120 Hz and HDR10+ support, this super duper LTPO display
boasts a brightness range of up to 1,600 nits.
Storage and Processor
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset
used by the Find N2 is dated. Both 256 GB and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage and 12
GB or 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM are available as storage options. The device includes
ColorOS 13 and Android 13.
N2 Flip features the more potent
Dimensity 9000+ chipset as opposed to the Find N2. There are three varieties
available: 8 GB/256 GB, 12 GB/256 GB, and 16 GB/512 GB. Additionally, Android
13 and ColorOS 13 are included.
Camera Department
The cameras on both phones are
very different from one another. The Oppo Find N2 features two front-facing
selfie cameras and a triple camera arrangement on the back. The Find N2's
ultra-wide camera has indeed been upgraded to a 48MP (1/2") sensor, while
the main camera sports a 50MP (1.56") sensor. Additionally, a 32MP IMX709
sensor was added to the telephoto camera.
A 50MP primary camera (IMX890
1/1.56′′), as well as an 8MP ultra-wide lens (112°, IMX355), are both featured on
the Find N2 Flip, in contrast. As is typical with flip phones, there is no
onboard telephoto lens. An inbuilt 32MP selfie camera is located on the
display.
Oppo Find N2 and Find N2 Flip Battery and Pricing
The Oppo Find N2 has a 4,520 mAh
battery with 67W wired charging, compared to the smaller 3,500 mAh battery and
30W wired charging in the Find N2 Flip.
The starting prices for the Oppo
Find N2 and N2 Flip are $1,145 and $860, respectively. Prices will most likely
be marginally higher across the board.
