regarding former Prime Minister Imran Khan, according to the specifics.
Imran Khan, a former prime minister, has been declared ineligible by the Election Commission in accordance with Tosha Khana reference Article 63-1.
Imran Khan's seat in the National Assembly has been declared
vacant after the Election Commission determined that the Tosha Khana allusion
was accurate and that Imran Khan had engaged in corrupt behavior.
Imran Khan will also be the subject of a criminal
investigation, according to the Election Commission, which also stated that Imran
Khan filed fake tax returns and failed to list some presents as assets.
