Storage and Processor
Although Huawei hasn't officially disclosed the phone's chipset, it has an octa-core CPU. There is only one 64 GB storage option available along with 4 to 6 GB of RAM. A micro SD card can be used to expand your storage.
The Nova Y61 launches EMUI 12
software without Google Mobile Services (GMS). Instead, you receive Huawei's
exclusive mobile services (HMS).
Camera Department
The 50MP main camera is indeed an improvement over the 13MP of last year, but unlike the model from that year, which also sported a 5MP ultrawide camera, it is accompanied by a pair of 2MP sensors. This camera can capture 1080p films at 30 frames per second.
Additionally, the selfie camera
has been downgraded from 8MP to 5MP.
Battery and Fast Charging
The 5,000 mAh battery cell is the
same as the one from the previous year, but this time there is also 22.5 fast
charging for rapid top-ups.
Although the price has not yet
been disclosed, the phone will be offered in Sapphire Blue, Midnight Black, and
Mint Green.
